You know it's spring when...

You see daffodil art and poems up in classrooms!

This week we have been working very hard on our daffodil art and daffodil poems to celebrate Daffodil Day. We wrote our poems, trying to use personification. Most of us did some rhyming poems or acrostic poems. Nearly all of us used personification (prancing and dancing were popular).  Personification is when we make an object sound like it is doing a human action. It was very hard doing our art because we had to use tissue paper which rips when we try to stick it down with PVA glue.  When we had done our art Mrs Guy put some coloured paper behind it.  Then she glued our poem onto our art.
